User Statistics / Open Data

When using some of our tools, users have the option to let the software automatically check for new updates. This is done once a day, and each time a tool connects to our servers, they gather simple and anonymous data to serve the required information.

We’re sharing here the available data based on the number of daily users during the last 30 days. Note that not all the tools use our update server yet, so this data doesn’t include all of the users.

Operating System

Tools

Not all the tools use our update server yet, so this data doesn’t include all of them. Duik refers only to Duik Ángela, currently in Beta test, and does not include the users of the current version, Duik Bassel.

Countries

This data is not yet accurate: we’ve just started to list countries and it will take a few weeks for the data to be representative.

Languages

The languages listed here are just the ones available with our tools. You can help translate them into more languages to spread their use!

Open Data

You can use our open data endpoint to get the detailed anonymous statistics as a JSON object:

https://api.rxlab.io/?getStats

Note that these are all the details we’ve got to share, as we don’t collect any personal data nor track any user, there can’t be more granularity.

To learn more about this API (called RxAPI) and how to adapt it for your own projects or get more information from RxLaboratory, you can read the documentation here and get it on Github.
