This email is not used for any other purpose, and is not shared with any third-party.

Contact forms and newsletter

Any data sent through contact forms and when subscribing for a newsletter is not shared with anyone. We keep it for ourselves.

When ordering a product in the store, your payment data is processed and secured by a payment provider. We work with two providers, located in the USA:

  • Paypal for orders payed with a Paypal account

When paying via a direct bank transfer, your data is not shared with anyone.

Physical products

When ordering physical products, your data, including your postal address, phone number, and e-mail may be shared with the manufacturer of your product, so it can process and directly send you your order.

We work with two manufacturers:

  • Books are printed and sent by Lulu.com. They’re located in the USA, but work with printers around the world so the books can be sent from a location closer to you.
  • T-shirts and accessories are manufactured and sent by tpop, a French company.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email is kept indefinitely. This is so we can continue to send your newsletter in the future.

If you order products on the store, your personnal data is kept indifinitely. This is so we can keep track of your orders in the future and provide customer support.

What rights you have over your data

If you have left comments or a message through a contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.

If you have subscribed to the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the newsletter you’ve received.

If you have created an account on the store, you can ask us to erase your account at any moment. Note that by doing so, you will lose all your order history and download links for digital products. Any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes will not be erased.
